Dr. Rhonda Johnson, founder and CEO of End2End Technical Solutions, Inc. (END2END) is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) with over twenty-five years’ experience in business leadership, software engineering, systems engineering, quality assurance, program management, business development and corporate process improvement initiatives (e.g. ISO 9001 certification support, CMM Level 3). Dr. Johnson founded the company in 2010 and is responsible for the overall strategic vision of the firm today. Dr. Johnson set out with the goal to build a team of top-notch professionals focused on quality, ethics, professionalism, and enthusiasm; committed to delivering innovation to the Federal Intelligence Community mission requirements.
Prior to forming END2END, Dr. Johnson learned the business of the defense contracting industry as an employee of Vision Systems & Technology, Inc., Raytheon Systems, and the National Security Agency (NSA) beginning in 1983. She applies her technology and management expertise to plan, organize, and execute complex software development projects involving cross-functional teams that combine elements of strategy, planning, business prioritization and project management. Dr. Johnson has led large technical teams and many system and software development projects. She is skilled at communicating technical and non-technical material to large forums, high-level management, and peers.
Dr. Johnson received her doctoral degree in Management in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. She is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the Project Management Institute, the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), the SCRUM Alliance, National Association of Women Owned Small Business, Women in Technology, Women Impacting Public Policy, Chamber of Commerce, AFCEA, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
One of Dr. Johnson’s passions is advancing the growth of women small business owners. She is a member of the Women in Public Policy Leadership Advisory Council where she dedicates her time advocating for legislation that will tear down the barriers facing women business owners in the realm of federal contracting, access to capital, and access to counseling. Additionally, Dr. Johnson is a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. As a member of the sorority, Dr. Johnson provides outreach to the community with a wide range of programs addressing education, technology, health, international development, scholarship, and social action issues.
In her free time, Dr. Johnson enjoys volunteering her time to worthy causes promoting community and social awareness. She loves self-improvement and learning, so she spends time reading business-related books, computer related books, and novels. She also enjoys traveling, movies, listening to music, attending sporting events, attending jazz concerts, and time with family and friends.
